When you need timely medical attention
Walk-ins are welcome for concerns that need same-day attention but are not medical emergencies. Patients may be referred to an emergency department or another facility when a higher level of care is appropriate.

Walk-in capacity may vary. Arriving earlier in the day may improve availability.
Do not use urgent care for emergencies. Call 911 for severe chest pain, major breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or other life-threatening symptoms.
